Jason's career is built on a foundation of service and expertise. After honorably serving in the United States Air Force, he earned his accounting degree cum laude from Loyola Marymount University and launched his career at Deloitte & Touche — while simultaneously building his own investing and accounting practice.
Jason is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds both the FINRA Series 27 (Financial & Operations Principal) and Series 65 (Uniform Investment Advisor Law) designations. His career has spanned some of the most demanding roles in finance, including seven years at Farmers Insurance Group, where he rose to serve as CFO and Principal of the corporation's broker-dealer. He went on to serve as CFO of Goetzman Group for a decade before dedicating himself fully to his current practice — helping clients achieve lasting financial success with integrity and purpose.
Outside the office, Jason enjoys life with his wife Jeannette and their three sons, Eric, John, and Victor. Whether on the golf course, out on the water, or hiking trails with his family, he brings the same focus and dedication to everything he does.
JEANNETTE CRAWSHAW
Certified Public Accountant
As Vice President of Operations, Jeannette brings over 18 years of experience in back-office operations, securities accounting, and business management to the Crawshaw CPAs team. She began her studies at UCLA before earning her accounting degree from Colorado State University in Fort Collins — where her accomplishments extended well beyond the classroom. A standout athlete, Jeannette is an inductee in CSU's Athletic Hall of Fame for swimming.
A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California, Jeannette has built an impressive career across some of the most demanding environments in finance. At Farmers Insurance Group, she managed systems and accounting for a $14 billion portfolio. She has also brought her expertise to property management and international finance, including a tenure at Banque Paribas, before joining Crawshaw CPAs.
Outside the office, Jeannette loves the outdoors — whether teeing off on the golf course with her family or taking in the scenery on a challenging hike.
